Our commitment

The production site is intended to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing reference. This statement describes an ongoing goal, not a certification that every page or third-party component currently conforms to every success criterion.

Accessibility measures

The website is designed to support:

• semantic headings, landmarks, lists, labels, and meaningful link text;
• keyboard navigation with visible focus states and a skip-to-content link;
• text resizing and responsive reflow without requiring horizontal scrolling at common mobile widths;
• sufficient color contrast and information that is not communicated by color alone;
• text alternatives for informative images and appropriate treatment of decorative images;
• clear form instructions, programmatic labels, validation messages, and error recovery;
• reduced-motion preferences where motion is not essential; and
• a list-based way to review search results when an interactive map is difficult to use.

Maps, listing media, and third-party content

Some maps, virtual tours, documents, and listing media may be supplied by third parties and may not provide the same level of accessibility as the rest of the site. We do not treat a map as the only way to find a property. If third-party content creates a barrier, contact us and we will work to provide the same information through a reasonable alternative when it is available to us.

Current demonstration limits

This pre-production version uses fictional listings and demonstration media. Automated checks and assistive- technology testing should be repeated after final branding, inquiry forms, cookie controls, mapping tools, approved IDX widgets, and live listing data are connected.

A final accessibility review will be repeated after approved IDX data, branding, and any production-only tools are installed.

Request help or report a barrier

If you cannot access information or complete an action, tell us what you were trying to do, the page address, the browser or assistive technology used if you wish to share it, and your preferred way to receive a reply. You do not need to disclose a disability.

We will review requests and communicate about a reasonable way to provide the requested information or service. Accessibility accommodations are available without an added charge.
