IDX and Listing Data Notice

Planned production data flow

After written authorization, the synthetic repository is designed to be replaced by an adapter that receives only records and fields permitted for Internet Data Exchange display. The production process must honor Internet display flags, remove unavailable records, and refresh displayed data at least every 12 hours.

The current demonstration and planned production search are limited to ZIP code 33755, an objective geographic criterion approved for this site. Because the display will cover fewer than all available IDX listings: Some IDX listings have been excluded from this website.

Required before live data is enabled

• Verified site operator: Florida Luxury Group Inc, brokerage license CQ1063356; responsible broker Paola Lombardi, BK3505964.
• Install only the approved Stellar MLS / MLS Grid marks supplied through the authorized account.
• Replace the placeholder notice on every listing surface with the current required attribution and verbatim consumer-use/data-accuracy language.
• Display the live data receipt date and time and the correct listing office, listing professional, contact information, status and listing identifier.
• Verify DMCA routing, data-security controls, anti-scraping monitoring and production inquiry handling.
