Who operates this site

The website operator is Florida Luxury Group Inc, doing business as Florida Luxury Group (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Information we may collect

• Information you provide: name, email address, telephone number, message, property interests, preferred search criteria, and any other details you choose to submit.
• Search and site activity: pages viewed, searches, filters, links selected, approximate timestamps, referring pages, and interactions with listing or map features.
• Device and connection data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and similar server-log information.
• Location information: an approximate location derived from an IP address, or a more precise location only when a visitor enables a feature and grants device permission.
• Cookie and similar-technology data: information used to preserve preferences, understand performance, secure the service, and measure use.

Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or other sensitive financial information through a general inquiry form.

How information may be used

We may use personal information to:

• provide property-search features and remember visitor preferences;
• respond to questions and connect a visitor with an appropriately licensed broker or real estate professional;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• measure site performance and understand which features are useful;

• comply with legal obligations, MLS rules, data-license terms, and enforceable requests.

How information may be shared

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

• the brokerage's licensed professionals who are responding to a visitor's request;
• hosting, security, analytics, mapping, communications, customer-management, and other service providers working for the operator;
• an MLS, listing brokerage, or data provider when required to operate an approved service, investigate a data issue, or comply with applicable rules;
• government authorities or other parties when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security; and
• a successor in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

The current review build does not sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This disclosure will be reviewed if production vendors or practices change.

Cookies and analytics

The production site may use essential cookies and, if enabled, analytics or advertising technologies. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, although some features may then work differently. Any production consent manager and vendor-specific disclosures must match the technologies actually deployed.

Retention and security

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, security, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution needs. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or to stop non-essential marketing communications. Depending on where you live, additional rights and appeal procedures may apply. We may need to verify a request and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request its deletion.

Maps, embedded tools, and links may be provided by third parties with their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern a third party's collection or use of information after a visitor interacts with that service.
